SOC 3 Compliance

We are proud to say we have just received our SOC 3 compliance report. The SOC 3 report provides the highest level of certification and recognition of operational compliance that an organization can receive. Waydev is the only development analytics tool to receive the SOC 3 compliance report. Read more about it here.

DORA Metrics

How to measure software delivery performance in a way that creates more value for the entire organization? One approach - backed by 6 years of research and collected data - takes 4 metrics into consideration: Delivery Lead Time, Release Frequency, Mean Time To Restore and Change Failure Rate.

Also known as the DORA (DevOps Research and Assessments) metrics, you can now automatically measure them on the Waydev platform. Request a demo to find out more, or see them in action by connecting your CI/CD tools (CircleCI GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines).

SOC 2 Type II compliance

We are proud to announce that as of June 30, 2021, Waydev is SOC 2 Type II compliant. The compliance report represents an external validation of our constant commitment to security.

Issued by Sensiba San Filippo (San Francisco based accounting firm), the report registers how Waydev’s information security practices, policies, and procedures are suitable to meet the SOC 2 trust principles criteria for security, availability, and confidentiality.

The SOC 2 Type II compliance report is completed by an independent, external auditing firm, and attests that Waydev’s processes, procedures, and controls are in place, and operating effectively for a period of at least 6 months, and ensure the security of our Automated Engineering Performance Analysis Services.

Renamed Features

We wanted to make this easier for you, so we’ve changed the naming of some features to better reflect their true purpose. Here is what we changed :

New feature - Velocity Report

Velocity Report will help you determine the amount of work your team can cover, and become a useful tool for sprint planning meetings. You can visualize how much value each sprint delivers so you can accurately predict the team's workload for future sprints.

You can find the Velocity Report in the Sprints report, under the Daily Stand-Ups section. To enable the Velocity Report for your account, you'll need to integrate with Jira/ Jira Server/ Azure Boards

The report displays the number of story points completed vs the number of story points defined during a sprint.
